The service
CTC Manager provides online tools for scheduling classes, managing rosters and producing certification documents. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. Administrators are responsible for who they invite and for removing access when someone leaves.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You're responsible for having the right to enter it and for its accuracy, including the results that lead to certification cards. See our privacy policy for how we handle it.
Certifications
CTC Manager helps you prepare and track certifications; the certifying organizations (such as the American Heart Association) set their own rules and remain responsible for issuing their credentials. CTC Manager is not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Heart Association.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or enter false certification results.
Payment
Subscriptions are $30 per month unless agreed otherwise in writing. We'll give notice before any price change.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months, to the extent the law allows.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account ends, you can ask us for an export of your data.
